21 Day Return/Exchange Policy – Unused Products Only
Returns are only accepted within 21 days of the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached and with no evidence of use, for example no dust or horse hair/sweat on the material.

- Post the item back at your own expense and include the form in the package

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If the product is received by us in unused and undamaged condition and in its original packaging, we will refund your purchase minus the original shipping costs. If you’d like to exchange for a different size please state this on the return paperwork.
Sale and Clearance Bin items
Only regular priced items may be refunded.
Sale items cannot be refunded unless returned for a warranty fault as per Consumer law.
Clearance Bin new items are also non-refundable unless returned for a warranty fault as per Consumer law.
Used clearance bin items are strictly non-refundable for any reason.
Custom orders
Items that have been custom ordered are non-refundable.
